Much Shelist Expands Capabilities in Construction and Environmental Law
Three New Attorneys Add Depth in Key Practice Areas
CHICAGO—June 22 , 2010—Chicago-based law firm Much Shelist announced the recent addition of three attorneys. Joshua Glazov joined the Construction Law and Real Estate practices as a Principal; Anne E. Viner joined the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Real Estate practices as Special Counsel; and Katherine L. Bonk joined the Business & Finance practice as an Associate.
Joshua Glazov comes to Much Shelist from DLA Piper LLP where he was most recently a Partner in the Chicago office. Earlier in his career, Glazov served as Corporate Counsel for US RealTel, Inc. in Chicago and as an Associate in the Orlando office of Baker Hostetler, LLP. An experienced construction and real estate lawyer, Glazov has an extensive background in both the transactional and litigation aspects of construction projects and real estate development and lending representations, including timeshare and fractional ownership. His practice also focuses on construction and real estate related insolvency with an emphasis on FDIC failed-bank receiverships. He writes on these topics at the Construction Law Today blog. Glazov holds a J.D. degree from the University of Miami and a bachelor's degree from The George Washington University.

Before joining Much Shelist, Anne E. Viner spent 13 years at Varga Berger Ledsky Hayes & Casey in Chicago, where she became a Partner in 2003. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate at the former Chicago firm Holleb & Coff. Viner represents corporate clients in a broad range of environmental and products liability matters, including federal and state litigation, regulatory compliance, permitting and operational issues, and finance. She regularly counsels manufacturers, developers, banks, financial institutions and other clients regarding the impact of environmental issues on transactions, investments and other strategic initiatives. Viner holds a J.D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law and B.A. (cum laude) from Denison University.
Katherine L. Bonk joins Much Shelist from the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where she was an Associate in the Corporate practice and also served as a Summer Associate. Bonk advises corporate clients on legal and business issues related to mergers, acquisitions and other transactions involving publicly traded and privately held companies. She holds a J.D. degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from Miami University.
