Adam K. Sacharoff concentrates on counseling, licensing and obtaining protection for a variety of patent, trademark and copyright matters.
Adam has developed a practice involving patent drafting and prosecution of patents, as well as issuance before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and throughout the world. He provides novelty, invalidity and non-infringement opinions and works in due diligence matters such as product clearances and patent portfolio analyses for potential mergers and acquisitions. His experience has allowed him to work on patent prosecution in the fields of mechanical arts, aerospace, medical devices, computer-related inventions and business methods.
Adam has worked on the licensing of technology and in developing strategies and portfolios for intellectual property assets. He has also been involved in patent litigation concerning technologies ranging from medical devices to electronic toys.
Adam works extensively with trademarks, including clearance of potential marks, branding and registration of marks in the United States and around the world.
