Steven L. DeGraff, a member of the firm’s Management Committee, represents developers, owners, entrepreneurs and closely held businesses in a full range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing.

As a legal and business counselor, Steven is committed to helping clients initiate, develop and close deals that further their business objectives. With a strong background as a trial attorney, he regularly draws on his dispute-resolution experience to help clients identify potential risks, negotiate favorable terms, and document contracts and other transactions with an eye toward minimizing future litigation.
