Tzivia A. Masliansky, an Associate in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, represents clients in a broad range of business and commercial disputes, including matters involving trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of contract, fiduciary duty, real estate and corporate issues. Tzivia is an experienced litigator in both state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
IN THE PROFESSION
While in law school, Tzivia served on the Chicago-Kent College of Law Intellectual Property Journal and appeared regularly on the Dean's List.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Tzivia is a volunteer at PAWS Chicago, where she also serves on the Professional Board.
