Jonna Daleiden Eimer
PRACTICE GROUPS
AT WORK
Jonna Daleiden Eimer concentrates her transactional practice in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and health care law. Jonna represents a wide variety of organizations, from large corporate clients to smaller, entrepreneurial companies. She negotiates and documents complex mergers; stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions; employment and consulting agreements; and stockholder, limited liability company and partnership agreements. Jonna also has extensive experience representing physicians, having negotiated and documented physician employment agreements and buy-in agreements, as well as other related matters.
IN THE PROFESSION
Jonna is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In 2012, she was named a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Jonna is active on the Board of Directors of the North Shore Medical Research Junior Board and serves as its Legal Liaison and Secretary. She has worked on behalf of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) and has volunteered with Maot Chitim of Greater Chicago. In addition, Jonna has assisted in pre-law advising and career counseling at Lake Forest College and volunteers regularly at Westbrook Elementary School and Glen Grove School in Glenview, Illinois.
