Paul E. Van Hoomissen is a Principal in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in the firm's Orange County, California office. He represents commercial clients, including Fortune 1000 companies, in connection with a variety of issues, including trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, trademark/patent disputes, and contract disputes. He also represents large-scale property owners in litigation relating to the operation and management of commercial property throughout Southern California, as well as counsels property management companies and real estate brokers on issues pertaining to the management of community associations and land sales.

Paul is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
