Anthony C. Valiulis to Address CBA Insurance Law Committee

Anthony C. Valiulis, a Principal in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution group, will address the Insurance Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) on February 3 at the CBA's headquarters. His presentation, titled "When an Insurer Says No, Make It Pay," will examine one solution policyholders can pursue when an insurer denies a claim: settling a claim by assigning the policyholder's rights against an insurer that has breached its duty to defend.
