With respect to health care reform legislation, we help hospitals, health systems, medical groups, senior care and assisted-living facilities, medical device manufacturers, pharmacies, home health agencies, hospices and other clients understand the impact and requirements of this new legal framework. We have developed implementation timelines and other tools to help employers better understand their responsibilities regarding their employees, identify potential opportunities, and minimize compliance risks associated with specific elements of the new legislation.
