Chicago Lawyer Article Features Much Shelist Attorneys and Client

Much Shelist and two of our attorneys are featured prominently in the April 2009 issue of Chicago Lawyer. Principals David T. Brown (Business & Finance) and Steven L. DeGraff (Real Estate) are quoted in an article titled “Under the Pressure of Cost Controls,” which looks at the challenges that in-house counsel face as they struggle to control costs without sacrificing the quality of necessary legal services. David and Steve both discuss the concept of “embedding,” whereby Much Shelist attorneys spend time at a client site to answer questions and provide legal advice free of charge. The article includes a half-page photo of Steve working onsite with the principals of Jameson LLC, a Chicago-based residential and commercial real estate brokerage.
