Daniel J. Struck Joins Much Shelist Policyholders' Insurance Coverage Practice, Enhances Firm's Litigation and Counseling Capabilities in Insurance Coverage Issues
CHICAGO – March 3, 2009 – Chicago-based law firm Much Shelist announced the addition of Daniel J. Struck as a Principal in the Policyholders' Insurance Coverage practice group. Struck was most recently Of Counsel in the Chicago office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate with Zevnick Horton LLP in Chicago. Struck also served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Brian Barnett Duff of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Division of the New York City Department of Law.
A highly experienced litigator, Struck represents corporate and individual policyholders throughout the United States in insurance coverage litigation and provides counsel regarding complex insurance advisory matters. He advises clients with respect to the structure, negotiation and placement of their insurance programs, including directors and officers, fiduciary liability, employment practices liability, media liability, crime, representations and warranties, Internet activity, bankers liability, general liability, environmental liability, product recall, builders risk and first party property insurance.
