Much Shelist Ranks among Top U.S. Trademark Firms for 2009

Much Shelist was ranked 94th among the top 100 U.S. trademark law firms, according to the "2009 Annual Report" of Trademark Insider. In the "Market Movers" section of the publication, Much Shelist took the number one spot on the list of the top 10 law firm advances, thanks to an increase in rank of 104 places over the previous year. Additionally, Adam K. Sacharoff, a Principal in the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology group, was listed at number 16 among the top 50 trademark attorneys.

The rankings were determined by the total number of new trademark applications submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) during 2009. Much Shelist was listed among the top 200 firms in 2007 and 2008.
