Chair of the firm's Real Estate group, Nader helps clients achieve business goals by maximizing the value of their real estate assets. He advises purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and other parties on all aspects of commercial real estate, including development, investment, financing, and operations. Nader has represented clients on numerous projects involving office buildings, student housing, multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and industrial parks. He also provides counsel on a broad range of day-to-day business matters and strategic corporate transactions.

Nader advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of all types of real property assets, including purchases, sales, financings, and multistate transactions. He helps individuals and companies establish real estate ownership structures and regularly drafts partnership and shareholder agreements relating to multifaceted joint ventures. He has significant experience in the preparation and review of closing, escrow, and title documents; advises lessors and lessees on commercial leases; reviews and negotiates contract terms; and helps resolve easement, boundary, and landlord/tenant disputes.

In addition to his focus on real estate matters, Nader has experience delivering a broad range of business and corporate advice, from the formation of new business entities to the structuring of complex international transactions. He has the transactional and legal knowledge to craft agreements necessary to operate a successful and well-protected business.

I’m a multifaceted guy: With a big family from Buffalo, I am a proud member of the Bills Mafia. I do the New York Times crossword puzzle nearly every day. I play basketball and tennis, and I read a lot of nonfiction. My greatest joy is being a father of three.
