Much Shelist represented iBorrow, a private direct lender for commercial real estate, regarding a refinance loan for the owner of the iconic Pacific Stock Exchange Building in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The borrower will use the $10 million loan to upgrade the upper levels of the building into creative office space and recapitalize the partnership. The Much Shelist team included Glenn Taxman and Michael Burstein, both principals in the firm's Real Estate practice.

Much Shelist has represented iBorrow for five years. During the past 12 months, the firm has assisted iBorrow in closing real estate loan transactions throughout the country in excess of several hundred million dollars.
