The firm's Corporate & Finance practice group recently represented Global Adrenaline, Inc. in its sale to National Geographic Partners, LLC, a joint venture between National Geographic and 21st Century Fox, Inc. Global Adrenaline is a full-service tour company that provides groups and individuals with customized private trips to destinations on all seven continents. Global Adrenaline has been a partner of National Geographic for over 10 years, and currently operates several land-based itineraries and tours for National Geographic Expeditions.
The Much Shelist transaction team included David Alman, Mitchell Roth, Steven Schwartz and Christopher Walker. The deal closed on May 4, 2017.
